I have recently finished reading Michelle Alexander's book "The New Jim Crow", and I must admit to being not only astounded by her well disciplined and meticulously detailed historical/judicial research,... I was humbled.

I have a question,..."If Privatized Prisons cater to an increased atmosphere of "supply & demand" for the business, growth and developement of , the imprisonment of "a Generation of Black Men and women",..then that equates to an even heavier burden of 2nd…
