Although I didn't officially meet him or get an autograph, I was able to thank him for getting out of Welsl Fargo & teaming with Cornell.

On thing that bothered me was everyone he showed before he came out were celebrities. I think he needs to interview people who are doing or have done great…

Sincere Appreciation!!!

Just want to congratulate Professor West and Mr. Smiley on this excellent website. I am a big fan of the Tavis Smiley show.  My 19 year son and I enjoy watching the show together, the guests are excellent and great conversations it is truly a mind stimulating experience.

Also BIG, BIG fan of Dr. West, I have read both of his books, have shared them with friends and even paid my son to read one (living and laughing out loud) and he later confessed that if he would have known it was…

Democratic lawmakers are fleeing Indiana in an attempt to block anti-union legislation, the Indianapolis Star reports. A source tells the paper that the Democrats will most likely enter Illinois, where fleeing Wisconsin senators are also ensconced as part of a similar maneuver.

World's Least Liveable Cities

Harare residents may have the most challenging lifestyles on the planet, as the Zimbabwean capital ranked dead last among the new survey of the world's most liveable cities.

As Reuters is reporting, Harare scored a paltry 37.5 percent in the 2011 Liveability Ranking and Overview by the Economist Intelligence Unit. This is the second time the city has claimed the bottom spot out of a total 140 global cities, just below the Bangladesh capital of Dhaka.

Among the factors…

Africa and the Middle East

Can't help but to keep on thinking this whole Middle Eastern thing happening right now is somehow orchestrated (by the West) and directly tied to Africa.

This year, in 2011, there will be elections in more than 20 African countries, and problems have already started in Ivory Coast and Sudan (which has now split in two countries), let alone all the North African countries like Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, and now what we see happening in Libya.

Some say now that…

Protect and Preserve the Legacy of those deceased. Those left behind can still be "Hurt"

A person's reputation is their legacy which lives on after death. Most journalists and many others, whose testimony may not be credible, rely upon or hide behind the "Freedom of Speech" to promote old lies, innuendo and hate.  Freedom of Speech is also used in an attempt to destroy for entertainment and profit. The masses receive their information through the media and most believe whatever they read without researching. If the media is not honest,…

Five states (Colorado, Idaho, Georgia, Louisiana, and Nevada) that have criminal statues regarding defamation of the dead[20]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defamation#cite_note-19

It should be noted that there can be regional statutes as well that may differ from the national norm. For example, in the United States as a general rule of thumb defamation is limited to the living. However, there are five states (Colorado, Idaho, Georgia, Louisiana, and Nevada) that have criminal statues regarding defamation of the…

Addressing The Balck Agenda

Addressing The Black Agenda.

Passion is an emotion, a craving, a hunger and a desire that drives and promote action. Verbal outburst  and reckless expressions generated from passion may occur at times when misuse and abuse lingers without redress. This is true regardless of gender, race, creed or color.  The Black Community in America is and has been for decades…

“Michelle my Belle”, Need I say more? Need you even guess whom I am speaking of? No, she is my, “our” First lady. Over the course of the few months, things have come to that forbidden “no you di’int” moment. As I watched the new first family settle into the White House I, prayed for their protection, and watch intently for the slightest disrespect or verbal assault on the First Lady, and the girls. I tossed and turned… Continue

Prophecy of the last days; Quran and Hadith

Prophecy is the history of possible futures, passing like movie previews through the minds of seers who may feel either blessed or cursed by their visions. Westerners have been saturated for two millenia with Judaeo-Christian visions of apocalypse, to the exclusion of any consideration for other opinions such as those of the Muslims.

my cup runneth over

I've got more tasks to do that I know what to do with:

Last night I was at the Shoreline "The Unspoken Truths" event with Delbert & Crew. Shot some great footage I will be posting on my vimeo site.

Last week I was at a wine fundraising event for Sonia Dawkins and will be posting that on Facebook.

I'm meeting the director of a retirement home shortly and I'm preparing a proposal for a multi-day, multi-camera shoot for a local church. I'm going to include tricaster in the… Continue
