- You know Sharon, the women that are replying to me have been hurt by black men and the lack of leadership from black men in their personal lives. I love them and just say what I think needs to be said. What did surprise me was no response from the women when Mr. Carlson said they lacked grey matter and could not compete with men in science and mathematics. How did that get a pass? Does it have something to do with Mr. Carlson being white? I don't know.
