Another incredible week.
My boss was out on maternity leave & I did the worst job in his absence and to make matters worse, the morning after we talked about the fact that I haven't worked on the PHP script to monitor view counts, I set up in the wrong room, almost missing the speaker's presentation.

Today I dropped in on the funeral of Charles Rolland. He was 60 & died of a heart attack between games playing racquetball. Charles was a community and education and civil rights and technology leader/activist. I met him while he was on a Seattle public school review board for a proposal I was submitting long ago. He is married to Jackie, the head of the Langston film festival.
