People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Let’s take some of this philosophizing and analyzing each other and start putting the pieces together that could have an impact on contributing to a better America. "Aim for success, not perfection. Never give up your right to be wrong, because then you will lose the ability to learn new things and move forward with your life." -- Dr. David M. Burns

Permalink Reply by Tony A. Bowdry on April 16, 2011 at 9:36pm in order to make america as good as it's promise we first have to do for our selves. we depend upon the government to give us everything. well i'm for it if you don't have. but we can't just continue keep government in our back pockets and pull it out when we get in a rut. we need to do for ourselves. yes we fall but it's up to us to know how to pick ourselves up. we learn that as babies. now is the time we learn how to help ourselves and try to help others. how can we stand for right we we can't stand as a people.
we are always downing each other. putting each other down. not supporting each other. " when you reach an obstacle, turn it into an opportunity. you have the choice. you can overcome and be a winner,(not a whinner) or you can allow it to overcome you and be a looser. the choice is yours alone. refuse to throw in the towel. go that extra mile that failures refuse to travel. it is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure. " ( mary kay ash) so it's up to us, we have to make the choice and stick to it that we help ourselves and to be a blessing to help others. stop all the political bickering, lying, cheating, let live out the true meaning " that all men are created equally."
