Wattstax Tribute: Mel Stuart
In a 2004 interview from the PBS program POV, Mel Stuart, director of the Wattstax documentary, recalls how he met the film's narrator, a little-known comedian at the time named Richard Pryor. Sadly, Stuart passed away last weekend at the age of 83.
