WE do need to overstand the scenario we are living through, very overlaid with deceptions.  Your examples are not deep enough to breakthrough what we are up against. So Mark, did you get in on the current Payroll Tax Cut debate??? The lily white GOP led not by The Black Leadership that you mentioned to include a 4 year old photo with the President and the former President. Rather this debate does include the Truthful Statistics of the GOP voting against 3.2 million workers who they want to lay-off in the nation to preserve the tax cuts on 9,997 millionaires in our nation in MD alone while our President is trying to preserve their incomes!!

Specifically the Party of the Rich wants to have 160 million people in America pick up the tab of a tax increase of $1,000.00 with again 345,000 taxpayers being exempt from an increase. So when you say for us to wake up Mark, I can agree with you fundamentally with the title, but the reasoning is flawed. What I like are "cold hard facts" about the debate that we are currently having with the President (Mr. Obama) protecting the middle class by proposing a 0.2% tax on the richest Americans who afford the luxury of tax havens, tax shelters, Congressmen in high places, and a tax code that protects their interest on disposable income surpassing 1 million dollars. Meanwhile, since we are mentioning names, Congressmen Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell, John Boehner (speaker), and John Kyl to name a few, would rather freeze the salaries of all federal workers while receiving their raises, and lay-off 200,000 workers just before Christmas. Not sure why you would single out black leadership and attempt to incite an emotional outpouring of support but I am guided by a more important reality of the truth. Try it sometime.
