INVESTIGATIONS "CASE BY CASE" HAVE NOT AND SHALL NOT REMEDY THE PROBLEM! AS ONE IS BEING INVESTIGATED "HUNDREDS MORE" ARE MOUNTING UP! AND INDEED, POLICE
BRUTALITY HAS ESCALATED TO THE LEVEL OF "NATIONAL PROPORTIONS". THOUSANDS
UPON THOUSANDS ARE BEING "STOPPED AND FRISKED" FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER. THE LOSS OF LIFE THAT HAS OCCURRED AT THE HANDS OF POLICE HAS ESCALATED TO WHERE "UNARMED INDIVIDUALS" ARE BEING "FIRED UPON" AND "KILLED" AND WEEKS AND MONTHS GO BY - WITH "NO EXPLANATION" FOR THESE SHOOTINGS BY THEIR DEPARTMENT!
THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL WITHIN THESE STATES HAVE "REFUSED TO ACT" - LEAVING ALL ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY THE COMMISSIONER'S OF THESE DEPARTMENTS. AND THE COMMISSIONER'S HAVE "JUSTIFIED" THE ACTIONS OF THESE OFFICERS - AND IN MANY CASES "PROMOTED THEM" AFTER THE KILLING OF THESE VICTIMS. THE
MECHANISMS THAT HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE HAVE "ALL FAILED" AND THE ESCALATION OF POLICE BRUTALITY IS "EVIDENCE" OF THAT FAILURE.
WE HAVE WITNESSED THE CONFESSIONS OF POLICE THEMSELVES WHO HAVE TESTIFIED THAT THEY WERE "MADE TO ISSUE SUMMONSES" AND "MAKE ARRESTS" WITHOUT CAUSE - AND THE SUBSEQUENT "HARASSMENT" WHICH FOLLOWED "IMMEDIATELY AFTER" THEIR REFUSAL. WE HAVE HEARD TESTIMONY IN COURT HOW THEY INDEED "PLANTED NARCOTICS" ON "INNOCENT VICTIMS" - SIMPLY TO MEET THE "QUOTA REQUIRED" CONCERNING AN ARREST. YET, THOSE INDIVIDUALS REMAIN INCARCERATED FOR THE CRIME ACCUSED.
THE RECOURSE OF THE PEOPLE HAS BEEN THWARTED, SO THAT THERE REMAINS "NO COURSE OF ACTION" THAT CAN BE TAKEN. THEREFORE, THIS EPIDEMIC WHICH HAS REACHED "NATIONAL PROPORTIONS" HAS BEEN PRESENTED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES, FOR IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION, ACTION AND REMEDY.
AS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES, THE OCCUPIER OF OFFICE IS THE "CHIEF LAW ENFORCER" HAVING JURISDICTION OVER BOTH "STATE" AND "GOVERNMENT"
IN ISSUES CONCERNING "LAW". AND WHEN VIOLATIONS OF LAW ARE "RAMPANT" "UN-CHECKED" AND "UNABATED" - HE HAS A "SWORN DUTY" TO RESPOND THOSE VIOLATIONS.
LAW ENFORCEMENT ACROSS THE UNITED STATES HAS "ABUSED THE AUTHORITY" VESTED IN THEM, AND HAVE VIOLATED ON A "CONTINUAL BASIS" THE LAW ITSELF. BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN, EITHER BY THEIR DEPARTMENT OR ATTORNEY GENERALS WITHIN THEIR STATE.
THEREFORE, PETITION IS MADE BEFORE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES TO NOT ONLY "ACT" ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, BUT TO FULFILL THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE OFFICE - FOR WHICH HE HAS "SWORN AN OATH" TO FULFILL UPON HIS OCCUPANCY!
LET IT BE UNDERSTOOD: THAT A "FAILURE" OR REFUSAL TO "ACT" IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OBLIGATIONS CONCERNING THOSE DUTIES, SIGNIFIES AN "INABILITY" TO HOLD THE OFFICE - WHICH IS "NOW" BEING HELD.~CREATED BY DANETTE CHAVIS
What is Police brutality
Police brutality is a form of police misconduct in which officers engage in an excessive use of force. The definition of “excessive use of force” is a bit fluid, but it is generally taken to mean force well beyond what would be necessary to cope with a situation. For example, a police officer who beat a nonviolent protester with a baton would probably be accused of excessive use of force, under the argument that the officer probably could have dealt with the situation much less violently.
Several nations around the world have laws which specifically address police brutality. Under these laws, complaints about excessive use of force must be taken seriously, and investigated by a commission or District Attorney. In fact, as human rights organizations have discovered, many complaints about excessive use of force by police officers are not investigated, and if they are, the finding is usually that the police officer acted appropriately. Only rarely are police subjected to disciplinary action as a result of an investigation.

The problem with this is that E. Holder is a part of the problem, not the solution. And he is a "Buffalo Soldier." He would be the one beatin us down.

@Mark. Thanks for all you do.
Check out this video I designed entitled Black Boy Mothers' Blues. It's a teaching tool...Black Boy Mothers' Blues. Our young people must learn that police brutality is a reality along with racial profiling and unjust laws that are creating a vigilante mentality. There are sinkholes in our society designed to suck our youth up and if we don't educate them who will?
Permalink Reply by DANETTE CHAVIS on May 1, 2012 at 8:10pm The video is does a good job letting people know how many innocent people have lost their lives due to police, and there are so many others we have not even "heard about". Thanks for getting the message out and "letting people know". I believe the more informed they are the more prone they are to "act". I hope you've read and signed the petition I created demanding "nation wide" action against police brutality. We must all "band together" and demand that it stop!

Permalink Reply by RENEEGEDE on May 6, 2012 at 7:39pm We don't want Eric Holder to do a damned thing for us because he can't. You'll be waiting on that until the proverbial fat lady stops singing. Black folk need to pull it together within the communities and stop begging the government, because it's pretty obvious they either don't have time or don't care. President Obama is holding his job down and so is Eric Holder ... the demands need to be organized and coming from us in more than a petition. They cannot do for us what we can only do for ourselves.
We need several points cleared up...
1) An investigative team within the black community to pull and pool all sources of police brutality, and to pull together national statistics of crime inflicted by the police;
2) A "clean sweep" policy which involves the private investigation of each and every judge and police officer across the USA for potential links to the KKK and the neo-Nazi skinheads;
3) A Federal Police Accountability & Citizens Review Board in every city and county in the nation which has a police and sheriff's department.
4) "Trayvon's Law" needs to be written into legislation so that Stand Your Ground will only apply if it is a true home invasion and not as an excuse to gun black men down in the streets for no reason.
5) There needs to be a federal moratorium on all home foreclosures until the circumstances of each and every closing done by Wall Street is thoroughly investigated. Not coming from President Obama, but coming from us. His hands are tied until WE take one humongous solid and unified stand.
6) The Constitution rewritten so that black Americans, who built this nation's spinal cord and cornerstone starting with the original 13 colonies, are no longer annexed on by two amendments.
It's time to stop asking, and start telling. A petition isn't going to cut it when there is MUCH work to be done.
It's overdue and our time and money and resources need to be put into it. The government has to back it, but we're the ones who need to get the work done.

Think before you comment, but No self-respecting nationality of a people would tolerate this! Oh thats right, we're not worthy of being respected. I wonder why ?
