Union Graft Problem
When first created, unions were a noble cause but as a result of being forced to allow minorities to join thier ranks. For most unions in america, their criteria has changed from protecting all their members to protecting white members in there criminal activity. For example Jon Burge, the high ranking police department member who lead a crew of torture experts at a police station. He was protected by his union even though he was found guilty of lying to a grand jury! In addition, the unions in the City of Chicago engage in graft which locks targeted members of their own community out of contracting, certain vocations & owning and starting businesses.
