There are a lot of folks who don't like the idea of people sitting at home,
watching TV while collecting their unemployment & welfare checks.
So, instead of have a right to unemployment and welfare,
let's have a right to a job.
The Job Corps is a federal program that trains people for in-demand jobs
in about 1-2 years.
BUT, it's limited to 18-22 year olds with economic restrictions.
SOLUTION: Job Corps for ALL (Republicans and Blue Dog Democrats should
embrace this because people work instead of being on the dole.)
Medical Care SOLUTION: Medicare for ALL
(Note that Medicare does have a private insurance component for those who prefer
private, for-profit insurance to the traditional Medicare coverage, so Republicans
and Blue Dog Democrats should embrace this because I have a CHOICE between
private or government insurance.)
So simple and sound,
Job Corps & Medicare for ALL.
