Trayvon Martin: An Unholy Death

Trayvon Martin, the 17 year old boy killed in Sanford, Florida by a community watch-dog--my soul is weary. Yet another African Americn male child's life has be savagely ended.

Yet another:

• Emmet Till shot in Money, Mississippi for sneezing (no he did not whistle; he sneezed).
• Amadu Diallo shot in Brooklyn, Ny 91 times in a hallway.
• And the list travels diabolically  deep--my soul: weary.

What language should be spoken, what words shall move each of us to respond. The African American poetic statesmen,  Amiri Baraka says,  

". . . Let there be no love poems written/ until love can exist freely and cleanly. Let Black People understand that they are the lovers and the sons of lovers and warriors and sons of warriors. . . And Let All Black [white and yellow] People Speak. . . LOUD"--The killing of BLACK BOYS MUST STOP! 

If a love poem is written, it needs to be written in honor of  Trayvon Martin! 

George Zimmerman and other  damaged, undomesticated, males traumatized by the overseer complex need a psychological auptosy, a cleanse, a lobotomy to understand this:; Trayvon Martin was not one of  “These a**holes [who]always get away.” He was a man-child (a boy) who was simply goi

ng to the store to buy skittles. 

And what must be done about the death of 17 year old Trayvon Martin?  28 year old George Zimmerman should be arrested and tried. He broke the law. It's as simple as that!

 To be a Black Boy in America in 2012 is scary, especially when psychologically ill males like George Zimmerman imagine they have the  green light to kill children.  To kill children--my soul is weary. 

If you are in the presence of an African American male child today, please hold him tight; hug life, courage,  and fearlessness inside of him. Tell him he is, for sure, one of Sterling Brown's ". . . Strong Men."

Yes Ramona! I have two strong, intelligent gifted men of God, my sons that have experienced racism because of they skin color. I know from first hand the racism they had and still have to live through! We The People of All Races needs to "Stand Up Against Racism In America!" Until America wakes up and change their ways and inferiority of the Black Man, we cannot move forward! Too many have died and have been beaten because of their color and not recognized by their productivity; their content of being.
