Elite Negros, as far as the political and "so call" leadership sects, never go outside the box of the establishment. Their main objective is to keep putting band-aids on  bullet wounds knowing that band-aids are not enough to stop the bleeding but as long as our wounds continue to bleed, they have a cause that helps them hold on to the power that we give them.

Black History Month is a perfect example. Why are we always seeing black celebrities and black athletes narrating a simple part of history on black radio and black television when we have all these black intellectuals and scholars who specialize in "Ourstory"?? Do these entertainers and athletes know the in depth stories of what they recite? Do they know who Mansa Musa,   Carter Godwin Woodson, Alondra Oubre and  Muhammad Toure also known as Mohammed Ben Abu Bekr is? Are they scholared or have degrees or even have the  passion of what they recite on the airwaves? What stop B E T and other "so call" black media outlets from having segments during Black History Month dedicated to the in depth stories of our history?    One word will answer all these questions and that word is "POWER". The power they have is limited only to the delusional influence they have on the masses of People of Color. Let me give you an example of someone who cross the establishment's delusional line and lost their career because of it.   In this video, Former night time talk show host Asenio Hall interviews Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan which was (and is know) taboo for any Person of Color that's trying to make it big in Hollywood's pretend world.  I couldn't find the introduction part of this particular show but I remember him speaking as if he knew he was going to be put off the air for doing this interview.

Here's another example. In this video, former congress woman Cynthia McKinney is speaking out against the apartheid in Israel. Elite Negros of the establishment wouldn't  dare speak on this issue...unless it's on the behalf of the powerful Zionist.

Real leadership stands on a principle that never breaks under pressure because its footing is just too comfortable standing on the concrete values that it built for itself!

So why do we stand behind those who don't stand on the concrete they we would them to stand on??

In their heart, I believe some really want to do something. But, fear and lack of courage puts a stop to that. Just like the fight for our voting rights in 60s. Many would not go to the statehouse because they would be fired. This threat holds true today in companies and in Hollywood. Any sign an actor is a "rebel", they are excluded & fired. So, who will risk money to achieve principle? Who is brave enough?
