Dr. Cornel West in calling the President a disaster is no surprise. Afterall, when one considers that he was the preeminent intellectual who everyone admired and talked about, next to his sidekick Tavis Smiley. Now here comes that darn Senator from Illinois who had the audacity to become the President! Now they are not getting as much attention as they used to receive. So what do you do to counter that reality? You attack the perceived opponent with old issues that should have been addressed years ago but were never discussed. Issues like poverty-been around for over 50 years but under the Obama presidency, you have a poverty tour! Interestingly enough, there was the State of Black America where the issues that plagued black america was discussed, a book was published by Tavis smiley but no solutions have been proposed to the Obama administration, only complaints from jealous schoolboys who cannot handle their emotions. Where were this dynamic tag team during the Bush administration? Where were they during the torture of prisoners of america? where were they when Troy Davis was murdered? Where were they when the hate language and subtle calls for the assassination of our President over the past 3.5 years took place? Where were they when Newt called the President a food stamp president? Maybe they can weigh in on these questions or admit that they are jealous of the success of another intellectually astute black man who transcends race and is trying to help others and is not sitting in his ivory tower and condescending to the less fortunate. Jealousy is an ugly thing and America will always remember their labor of hate.

Highest levels of unemployment for Black people and obama adminstration supports discrimination against Black people at the EEOC.

The mission of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is to eradicate employment discrimination at the workplace. However, it has been reported that the EEOC fails to investigate the complaints of Black people who file race discriminaton complaints. According to former EEOC investigator (Mr. Ricardo Jones, Sr.) and the EEOC stats, the EEOC dismisses the majority of its race complaint workload. EEOC found reasonable cause that discrimination occurred only 3.5% of the time in FY 2010 and 3.1% for FY 2011. Great job obama. The president has the veto. How many times has the president used the veto? The president can issue an executive order. He issued an executive order for Ms. Ledbetter a white woman from your state AL. The president has the authority if he chooses to use it. Lets take a look at whom he uses his power for not Black people. WHY??? The president protects all people but Black people. WHY??? Where are the Black senators??? Doc you should have been an attorney like your master. Then you can getaway with telling half trues like your master.

It is unbelievable how black people continue to engage in the "crab in a barrel" mentality.  Instead of popping off and running each other down why don't we propose concrete solutions to address the issues that plague the black community.  Obama is the president.  Is he supposed to go get you a job?  Is he supposed to tell you where to look?  Is he supposed to help you develop a budget? Find shoes for your son?  All this hot air people spew about what Obama has or has not done is a waste and should be used to answer questions that real black people who are hurting need answered.

The President runs the whole country, not just Black America, and the problems that plague Black America (unemployment, poverty, etc.) affect the whole country.  Let's do our part and share some positive answers instead of bickering about who has done more.  For those who want to help and not just talk come to AfroDaddy.com and answer a question or submit an article.
