Here’s my “humbled” comments to the both of you:
First, I want to once again, “commend” the (both of you), for “following through” on such a “very challenging” topic & journey; which, involves (so many people) in our neighboring cities, and around our “global” nation as a whole! …
The “silent cries of hunger & destitute” are calling “out louder” than ever before! … And it’s truly a “reflective force” that’s “revealing” the very “signs of the times” we’re currently living in, called: “The Last Days” …
“Yes”, as I know that, you’re both aware of; according the biblical scriptures in (God’s word) that, this is truly being “unfold” and “fulfilled” with “so many confirmations” presenting themselves, right before our very eyes this very present day! …
The (crisis and the causes) for this “particular fight”, is going to get “worse” rather than “better” … “Thankfully”, there’s “caring hearts
of true pioneers”, just like the (both of you), that are so “willing” to try to make a difference, before it’s too late! … This type of “self-less attitude & actions” reminds me, of what, (God) has said in his word: “The harvest is plentiful, but the (labors) are few!” … Very “few” are so “willing” to face the “rejected challenges”, that‘s required in order to succeed, in this “fight for freedom from Poverty” …
(Many) “do have” the “necessary tools and resources” to “help to make a difference” but, are “unwilling” to “step forward” and (confront / face) those individuals, who have the “influence and power” to assist, in helping make a change! … Mainly, because of the “UNKNOWN FEAR” of “LOSING” what “earthy possessions” that, they have culminated! ...
Let me remind you; “Poverty” is “no longer” just a certain “look” anymore! … It’s effecting so “many classes” of individuals; (just like you’ve both mentioned, in your comment views) …. Again, this “out-break effect of poverty” is now currently, touching people in so many ways, and it’s truly unbelievable and truly heart breaking all in itself! …
The “American Dream”, has now become a “Reality Nightmare” for many! … The “So-called Secured Promises” were made; that, if you get your (educational degree, etc.) that, this would “guarantee” them a “secure and settled future!” … But, now in this “present known reality” for (many), they have “found out” for (themselves) that, this is not to be “true” at all! …
Many individuals - (such as myself included), had to make some “very personal adjustments”, with in their lives … For example: (move-in with parents, dear friends), just to try to “maintain their peace of mind & stay focus”, to (accept the unexpected) changes in their lives, and facing the fact of “losing their jobs”, and wondering: “what’s the next channel of direction”, do I take from here? …
Some have even tried: (networking) … This too, is “somewhat a joke” in itself! … It’s “no longer” the “true attitude” of: (“servant hood” - “how can I be of real assistance to you?”) …
Instead, (some) of the “new networking techniques” that’s now be presented, is now with the attitude: “What’s in it for me”, should I try to help you?” … Then, this too, is not a “real guarantee” either; because, if you do not “fit in the team” of that particular organization, you may be (faced / forced) to be “let go” once more again! …
Again, individuals, who face this kind of experience “repeatedly” with out any (real good counsel), are left with the feelings of being “hurt & more frustrated” than before; all because, they were “encouraged” to “seek for work” in this manner …
Then, another known “reality” for those individuals, who are “stuck between the hiring age” - (meaning those individuals that, are between: 50 - 62 years of age), are not yet considered to be “retired seniors”, but have accumulated a “wealth of work experience”, and could be a “great asset & help” to the working industry, if only they were given a “chance to perform and exercise their knowledge!” …
So, please do “not believe” the “so-called statistics” which, says: “The (“mature / experienced worker”) has “given up” on their job search!” … This is not completely true! …
The “true known facts” in this matter; is that, (some) of these companies, do not want to “hire them!” … And “nationality of a persons race”, is not counted for, in these circumstances either …“All races” are being effected by this kind of challenge indeed! …
Because, in (“some cases, not all” ), the “hiring companies / or persons who are selected in doing the hiring”) are: (“Fearful” that, they may “lose their current position” - (for a lack of knowledge, in some cases) or that, they may think that, the “mature worker” will not “fit in their office team!” …
Again, this is “completely unfair” and these individuals face true “age discrimination!” … And this too, is part of the “growing problem” were facing, during this “Poverty Recession” we are challenged with today! …
The real challenging question is “Why”? … “Why” did it have to come to all of this? … “Many” have said, and (“I’m in complete agreement”), that “Greed & Selfishness” is the main “Stronghold” that, has caused this academic crisis, of “culminated poverty” we’re currently facing …
My question is directed, to those who are “partly responsible” for this “massive outcome & out cry” … Did they really, ever take time out from their “busy schedules” and “cutting many “big” business deals across the countries” … Did they ever really “think about their actions” and the “painful consequences” which, has caused such a “domino effect” in our economy? …
Which, is also; (I might add) is currently, effecting the millions of lives, that’s surrounding our “neighborhoods, cities and states, alike!” …
Question?: Is there now, any “real heart feelings” of regrets? … What ever happened to the “respectable” saying: “Love thy neighbor as thy self?” … In fact, “covetousness” has become the “main rule of the heart” instead! …
Gentlemen; as a “friendly reminder”, this is going to be an “on-going fight!” … But, with “warriors” such as (yourselves), who are so, “willing to walking through this wilderness, called: Poverty Tour” and “fight the good fight of faith”, I truly, commend you (both) trying to make a difference in the lives of the (“speechless & forgotten ones”) …
May you (both) continue; as you walk into your “new commissioned journey”; to continue to “seek” for (God’s divine counsel & guidance), as for “knowing specifically”, what “type of methods” that, he would have the (both of you) to use, as you try to fight for this most precious cause! …
“Again, this is a “journey” that “many” of the: (“have it all’s / “wealthy” individuals) chose to “forget about and completely ignore!” … Only the “committed & brave at heart” can truly, and “effectively” assist in matters, such as these! ….
Finally again, continue to “stay focused” & strong willed” and “determine” to “seek for greater wisdom & good discernment”, to be able to “fight through” this “battle field called “Poverty” …
In regards, to the (both of you), reaching towards your “mission goal” … I’m “very confident” that, there will be “many convicted & changed hearts” that, you will meet along the way! …
