We may actually be worse off with Obama than with a Republican. At least with a Republican president, the Democrats would oppose his radical agenda. No one stood up to oppose the NDA Act once Obama signaled that he would sign it.

With Obama, we are indeed screwed. White politicians are afraid to oppose him out of fear of being called racists, and blacks, out of fear of being called haters like Tavis.

We can pretend that obama has a handle on the country and his adminstration but its a lie. The government has more scandles then under Bush. The question is why are there so many scandles going on with this adminstration? Who's the BOSS obama. Who's his chief of staff? Daly from chicago was replaced by Lew. The EEOC is out of control which affects people of color the most. The Dept of labor Wage and Hour Div is out of control. The Dept of Justice Civil Rights Div is doing nothing. Black unemployment is the lowest ever. Ledbetter Executive order for Civil Rights was pandering to Whites and Gays for votes. Where is the Black Agenda in this country? Going down the drane with the president. Where is the accountability the president promissed. The econmy is in a trail spine. We are in 2 wars and a possibility of 3. So we are proud of the first black looking president. A slick talking harvard law professor. Where's the beef??? No concern for the Black community that supported him. Support for Gays, Hispanic's and Whites from the white house. What about the people who look like you Mr. President?

Highest levels of unemployment for Black people and obama adminstration supports discrimination against Black people at the EEOC.

The mission of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is to eradicate employment discrimination at the workplace. However, it has been reported that the EEOC fails to investigate the complaints of Black people who file race discriminaton complaints. According to former EEOC investigator (Mr. Ricardo Jones, Sr.) and the EEOC stats, the EEOC dismisses the majority of its race complaint workload. EEOC found reasonable cause that discrimination occurred only 3.5% of the time in FY 2010 and 3.1% for FY 2011. Great job obama . We need to take a hard look at the presidents appointee's. The three to EEOC are all Harvard Law school conservatives like the president. So the EEOC now has a conservative agenda towards civil rights for Black people!!!

Joseph Ray Terry had all the right credentials: as a lawyer, he had spent many years fighting discrimination against minorities. His employer, the EEOC, had consistently given Mr. Terry “superior” and “excellent” performance reviews. But Mr. Terry was white, and he was forced to repeatedly sue the EEOC in order to win a promotion for which he had been applying for over 10 years!

Mr. Terry is a white, Louisiana-trained lawyer. In 1984 he submitted his first application within EEOC to become a district director for EEOC. Over the next 10 years EEOC repeatedly turned Terry down because he is white, and EEOC promoted many “disadvantaged minorites” ahead of Mr. Terry, one of whom did not even have a high school diploma. District Director Opus Perry a Black attorney never found any Race (Black) discrimination in New Orleans LA and he was promoted to District Director of a larger Black community of Los Angelas CA.

Many of our Black elitist have formed white values or lack of values. All white people aren't bad and/or all Black people aren't good. They have crossed the color line in their minds. The KKK will show them the tree and rope no matter where (Havard and/or Columbia) University they were allowed to attend and/or how much white blood they have. Easy to pretend to be white hard to be morally just. Many died so we can vote. Let's not forget Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Voters Rights Act of 1965. In chicago 1968 Dem convention Black delegates were denied access and the chicago police attacked and beat Black delegates. Have we forgot?
Racial profiling is a common practice against Black's in NYC. The NYPD set-up safety checks points near housing projects where people of color live. The criminals who aren't of color get a free pass from the NYPD in NYC. Many have a get-out of jail card (PBA card) they buy from their NYPD officer friends. This card get them special treatment before and after arrest by NYPD and NYC jailers. NYC is the largest Black community in the country and the Blacks can't or won't stop this civil rights violation. This is the tip of the iceberg. Many young blacks are arrested for no reason and forced into the corrupt criminal justice system. If the young Blacks could get work or find work they wouldn't be profiled illegally by the NYPD. Most of the Black complaints of Title VII race (black) discrimination are dismissed by the rogue EEOC, DOL and city and states human rights agencies. This must stop now what has the DOJ done look the other way.
