obama is planning a tax break for those who make over $200,000.00 per year. I guess you make over 200K and your happy that he's looking out for you? Wake-up smell the coffee its not kool-aide. Human services controls the voting in Ohio and PA. Public assistance and unemployment!

Racial oppression is most prevalent in the Federal government. Despite the presence of the Nation's first African-American President, the majority of persons in leadership are white. Despite gains in education, African-Americans are still paid below the government average. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its Annual Report of the Federal Workforce consistently reports that "Black" is the leading race basis for discriminatory complaints filed. Internal discrimination continues to spill into our public programs and services. The EEOC Freedom of Information Act reply to the Coalition For Change, Inc. (C4C) disclosed that over 150 class actions of discrimination had been filed by Black/African-Americans over a ten year period.

MR. RICARDO JONES, SR. is a veteran and the former Senior Federal Investigator for the new York District of the EEOC from 2001 to 2010. He describes how the EEOC is a cesspool of corruption and racism. Blacks working in the United States have any protection from racial discrimination, because the EEOC unfairly rejects almost 97% of all cases filed by Blacks. Sellout Blacks in the EEOC and racist white workers in the government agency accept bribes and do their jobs in a sexually charged environment where sexual availability and tolerance of racial injustice places folks on the fast track. Ms.Cook this is not about you. Many of our people are just mis-informed and/or un-informed about the obama's. Many are making emotional decisions about obama and the fact that he's half BLACK. He doesn't care and/or he's not concerned about the state of Black america and he said that. He's concerned about white status quote! obama knowns that you Ms.Cook and others of our people will vote for him not matter what he doesn't do for or to Black people. This is what obama learned in chicago under Richard Daley and at Harvard and Columbia U.

Highest levels of unemployment for Black people and obama adminstration supports discrimination against Black people at the EEOC. EEOC is run by Michelle Robinson-obama's harvard law school friend (Jacquline Berrien) to hold BLACK PEOPLE DOWN!

The mission of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is to eradicate employment discrimination at the workplace. However, it has been reported that the EEOC fails to investigate the complaints of Black people who file race discriminaton complaints. According to former EEOC investigator (Mr. Ricardo Jones, Sr.) and the EEOC stats, the EEOC dismisses the majority of its race complaint workload. EEOC found reasonable cause that discrimination occurred only 3.5% of the time in FY 2010 and 3.1% for FY 2011. Great job obama.
