When these bankers decide that it's time to make a move to get the money, they will use every thing at their disposal to fill their coffers. And that has become so much easier with today's technology. The intelligent and effective use of the media is the most powerful weapon today. And it is used with such a great level of expertise that most of us don't even realize how it is we are being manipulated. In the end it is Jews. P.S.  With respect to the "sciencedirect" article, it neglects to mention that it isn't just Jews but people all around the Mediterranean who have ancestry "rooted" in the Middle East.  It seems fairly likely that those ancestors of modern Jews who came from the Middle East emigrated quite voluntarily. What is the point as to whether someone's ancestor 2,000 - 3,000 years came from the Middle East anyway?

 

Since Sicilians also have a lot of ancestors who came from the Middle East (probably Phoenicia), do you think it gives Sicilians the right to take over Lebanon and expel the present-day Lebanese?  If not, why do you think the fact that Jews have ancestors who came from the Middle East gives them the right to confiscate the land of the people who had been living there continuously since those ancestors left, and expel them from their homes?  And I take it, that is exactly what you are asserting.

 

The fact remains you can't even prove that those ancestors of Jews who came from the Middle East were Jewish when they left.  If your ancestors emigrated from the Middle East to Sicily or Southern France 3000 years ago, they wouldn't have been Jews.  There were no Jews then, no Judaism.

You claim Palestinians have never missed an opportunity to "miss an opportunity" - It is true that Palestinians have been offered far less than what's rightfully theirs many times in the past and they didn't accept it.  It's true in 1947 they didn't fully appreciate that the zionists who founded Israel intended to wipe them out of as much of Palestine as the zionists could take by force of arms, and that's what they did - the zionists/Israelis went around ordering families out of their homes, lining them up against walls and gunning them down, or simply boarding people up in their homes and killing them by exploding the homes, threatening to do the same to Palestinian Arabs elsewhere, by these means they emptied whole towns and hundreds of villages of their people.

Of course, Israel has always tried to erase archeological evidence of other peoples besides Jews in Palestine.

 

The Muslim conquest of Palestine was without massacres, and they didn't force-convert the pre-existing Christians or Jews.  By that time most of the people of Palestine were Christians, having either preferred that (Christianity became very popular for the first few hundred years CE despite Roman and Jewish attempts to suppress it) or because Byzantinian Romans force-converted them, following the lead of earlier Jewish dynasties which force-converted people they conquered.

Additionally, the Jews of Morocco seem to fall close to the Ashkenazi-Sephardic cluster (Moroccan Jews are Sephardic, but separated out a bit for the purposes of this paper

 

So as stated if these people come from the same place and share mostly the same culture and religion. And Israel architecture shows there was a country called israel there before and have separate genes then europeans and arabs but have traits in the missle of them ....... put 2 and 2 together

These are great point Felix, very well said. I continue to fringe when I listen to people refer to the European using the word jew as if they were an ethnic group rather than a follower of an religion. When will there be an attempt to form a Baptist State?

The summary is, neither paper says a preponderance of European Jewish genetic heritage is from the Middle East, only that some is.  So what?  You quote from the article a quote from another article, which, since you don't have the full article you quoted you don't have anything other than the quotes and the abstract you gave before, so we can't even see his evidence - and you can tell he's very interested in proving the biblical myth by using such an unscientific description of genetic origins as calling them "rooted."  Note to Ely: a lot of people around the Mediterranean have ancestry from the Levant, not just Jews, why aren't you arguing that Greek, Sicilian, or other communities can "trace" their origins to the Levant"?

 

The paper whose link I gave also says "ASD values between Ashkenazi, Sephardi and Caucasus Jewish populations and their respective hosts are lower than those between each Jewish population and non-Jewish populations from the Levant."  Meaning that European Jews (and Sephardi, and Caucasus) are closer to other Europeans genetically than to Middle Easterners.  Why is this important anyway?

Yes Muslims treated Jews better then Christians but that's not saying much, there was still many pogroms by Muslims and Jews where treated as second class citizens .

Most Jews don't even know this about their own history. They are not Semites. They might be Jews, but they are certainly not Semites. There are Semitic Jews but they usually do not come from Europe. However, that should not be the focus of anyone's attention for that would only serve to further distract all of us from the "real" problem. 

It's all about money. European Jews would have been made welcome in Palestine by the Islamic people there as they are known for their good manners. When the Arabs conquered Spain they allowed the Jews to continue practicing Judaism. From 709 to 1492 the Arabs and Jews got along very well and did business together with no problems. No sooner do the "Christians" oust the Arabs that then the Jews had to convert, die, or vacate. 

There is no good reason for Jews, Arabs, Christians to be at odds. This only takes place when the Bankers of the world are after more money. When these bankers decide that it's time to make a move to get the money, they will use every thing at their disposal to fill their coffers. And that has become so much easier with today's technology. The intelligent and effective use of the media is the most powerful weapon today. And it is used with such a great level of expertise that most of us don't even realize how it is we are being manipulated. In the end it is Jews. Arabs, Christians, Black, White, Red, Yellow, etc. that pay with our lives for their greed.

I am commenting about the end of the interview and Maher's and West's comments about taxation. The most equitable tax existed in Rome circa 70 AD when the Emperor Vespasian, builder of the Colosseum, put a tax on urine.  Add this To Dr. West's proposed tax on financial transactions and just watch that revenue stream.

"The Right of Return" is subjective. Should Native Americans, African-Americans, and Hispanic-Americans whose ancestors were displaced by slavery, wars, treaties, and annexation be afforded the right to return? And, if so, exactly where would they return to?  When the Palestinian generation that was alive and displaced by the creation of Israel in 1948 dies out, what is the difference, and what is the issue? Historically, it seems that most affected groups have found a new home. There are events and circumstances that simply cannot be undone and the best must be made of the situation. I agree with Bill Maher that it is a "non-starter".
