Loved this story. There is so much meaning in what the gentleman said. I feel America would flourish if we could focus on intercultural communication. There are so many different cultures here that are yearning to come together. How can we make this happen?

This caste system still is alive and well here in America! In my son's school...one boy felt free to slap another. We knew both families..directly brought here from the cast system in India. Even the children who witnessed this...understood them...the very elite carry their views into their lives here and people in this day and age do feel free to think that they are superior and to expect the recipient to feel inferior and to react accordingly. So very sad...
