Down deep, I believe you're right about trying to get such a fair measure as The Right to Work and Earn a Living Wage Constitutional Amendment. I still think somebody should make the effort for conscious sake. Failure is the likely outcome. It's like the people are so polarized and out of touch with what's good for them. Racism plays a big part, still. White America don't want minorities to have equal opportunities. Nothing else more explains why they loaded the congress with the Tea Party when we're trying to dig out!
We can't overlook Obama not making the case that spending cuts on the poor and cutting government jobs is not the way out! Obama didn't make the case on raising taxes strong enough! He didn't debunk the idea that raising taxes on the rich means less jobs! You raise taxes on the rich high enough and take those tax revenues to give job incentives to those willing to create jobs! If it turns out to be businesses already established, even big business, that creates jobs with those incentives, all the better! But you don't let it slide that raising taxes mean less jobs! I just can't take Obama being out to lunch like that!
The only thing I agree with the Tea Party on is less Military-Industrial Complex, getting out of the wars, and returning banking to the government! Why is a private business allowed to borrow money at such low rates or zero interest rates and make all that money and pay such low tax rates on the profits?! That's a lot of money that could be used to make it easier to create jobs, loan businesses, and pay for social programs if the government were receiving those profits!
Other than that, I believe the Tea Party is the worse branch of the Republican Party! There's nothing good about interpreting the Constitution the way they do! They want to destroy all the advancement we've made in establishing the social programs! Send us back to the stone age! They are the Hitlerization of America!
I suggested voting in a Tea Party President because I don't believe America will allow them to break us down but so far before they awake and set the cities on fire in protest! Then, I believe we'll be ready to adopt The Right to Work and Earn a Living Wage Constitutional Amendment and legislation that gives equality to all races! The Tea Party is triple arrrrrrrrr! Trifecta of pirate evil and a monstrosity that will accelerate the genocide of all races and blacks many times worse! They are like a pervert in a raincoat, offering candy to a little kid. The little kid is going to be found in the river with it's throat cut! That's what the Tea Party is offering to do to America in disguise of a free candy offer!
The Right to Work and Earn a Living Wage Constitutional Amendment if it includes a FULL EMPLOYMENT OBLIGATION, as I've described, will go far to end genocide and a better life for everyone. OUR EVOLUTION IS LONG OVERDUE! Yet, I don't have a way to achieve it other than letting nature take it's course. I've finally come to that conclusion. Democrats are too weak to stop it. I'm not voting for people that are only prolonging the agony and accommodating the genocide. I'm not going to vote for either the Democrats or the Republicans until blacks are given justice! The quicker the country goes all to hell and wakes up from the dark side, the quicker we can go forward! I don't think the country is ready for it yet.
I don't think you can deprogram them! They seem to think spending cuts on the poor and cutting government jobs is part of the problem! They hear TOO BIG TO FAIL and see people in huge numbers lose their jobs from corporate takeovers and are soo blind as to let the Tea Party snow them! Obama is such a poor excuse for a leader that he doesn't make the case and combat their advertisements with the right facts! He can call a news conference at anytime and advertise free. Let economist with the right facts make the case! Instead, Obama allows America to be bombarded with the wrong facts! America is so greedy they think the little tax money they save is worth the services they give up and oblivious to the counter productive impact it has on the economy when you cut taxes on the backs of the poor and government jobs! It's totally counter productive and Obama goes with the flow! I'm amazed at how dumb Obama is! He's an educated fool!
I agree that we should get out of the wars to cut spending there! The rich are getting richer from bomb making, war equipment, and services! The Military-Industrial Complex and Wall Street are robbing us blind! They are the major reason we're so deep in debt! Still, not huge taxes on those profits that are robbing us. What's holding it up? What can we the people do to get this on the ballot for a vote because it's not likely to pass in congress. Sounds like they left it to the states and they only went so far on it which is a system closer to slavery. I've heard of Right To Work States but never looked into it. They just seem to eliminate unionization. Sounds like a return to slavery! I'll bet the majority of states that adopted it are southern states and workers are being worked like they have a tail! Dogs probably get treated better!

Sounds like congress neglecting its obligation to handle the debt is an impeachable offense! I'm in favor of barring all Republicans from holding office forever. It's criminal the way they're holding up the economy by not allowing enough tax revenues. We have 2 major wars we're not paying for and they are sucking up revenues that should be used to give job incentives and job training and a bushel of boob Republicans are stonewalling our economic progress, trying to take more from the poor! It's outrageous! It's treason!
Fact is, we don't need large corporations to create jobs for us! We'd be in a better jobs creation position if we banded corporations of a certain size! Many corporations are soo large it's counter productive! How many times do you hear about a corporate takeover and it follows that there is a huge reduction in jobs.
It's a fact that corporations of a certain size are contributing to job destruction and should have a tax much greater on them. Instead, our corrupt congressional Republicans vote to exempt them from taxation and give them subsidies in the billions, each. Why work for the money when you can buy a Republican congressman and have them rob the poor and working man to give it to you! Large corporations and Republicans should wear 666 on their forehead so we'll see them coming! We the people need a new Constitutional Amendment to protect us from corporations and Republicans! Wall Street is a greater danger than a blessing to us! They exist primarily for the benefit of the rich!
Large corporations are an enemy to the American people at large! Wall Street gets richer and Main Street is begging for bread and couch surfing or sleeping in the street! It's laughable when you hear we can't tax the very people we expect to provide us with jobs! In reality, they have a patch over one eye and board ships flying the Jolly Roger!

Wow! Didn't know that! The real culprits are the banks in cahoots with the government to keep power concentrated with white racist. You can save and elevate yourself but the racist banks have the drawstrings that snatches the rug from under your feet and send you tumbling down! All the money goes right back to them! Amazing!
Get rid of the privatized banks is a start to improvements! We can't vote them out and Obama won't let us tax them to pay for their bailout! They made account holders pay it while Obama spectated! It just took more money out of the economy! Obama is killing us! He's letting Republicans get away with taking more money out of the economy by cutting payments to the poor and destroying government jobs instead of taxing the rich who have money sitting up collecting dust and cobwebs! And then what? After the looting, Frederick Douglass was appointed chairman of bank! Sound

We'll find out soon enough the secret deal and damages President Obama, Vice President Biden and Republican Speaker of the House Boehner made at their golf date meeting away from the White House and it's recordings regarding lifting the debt ceiling again. Reminiscent of Bush and Tony Blair flying away to meet away from the White House's and Downing Street's recordings on an unknown remote island and all that blues that happened thereafter. Too big to fail banks still play a large part in the destruction of middle americans and smaller businesses access to loans.
Speaking of gold, are you aware the U.S. is considering selling our gold in Fort Knox now that the Treasury is all trillion dollar deficits and will be for years to come? These addicts now want to pawn the gold and are considering the monuments. After addicts sell everything, rob everybody, destroyed their reputation, what's left when they're still geeking for more?

Adding on to your points of view, we are for decades to come at high risk for payback attacks from the countries we invaded for the killings of civilians alone. Blackwater mercenaries (Dick Cheney's) in huge numbers have replaced the U.S. and allied surge that was sent back home recently. Blackwater doesn't have to answer to the military for their assassinations, bombings and killings of civilians. U.S. citizens become sitting ducks for "terrorist" retaliation again. It has been reported that there are now 2 generations of "terrorists" waiting to attack us. The Tea Party needs to be taken seriously. They are in Congress now and a few steps away from having a member become President. Lions, Tigers and Bears, oh my! The Koch Bros. or some other corporation could easily put them into office. There's truth and lies in all 3 parties. Amazing how Congress appears to be duped as well.

I am sitting here reading with a smile brought on by a new since of knowledge and respect for truly great minds. I am reading these discussions like a good book that i do not want to put down until it is finished. You all make me want to know more about and fully understand the issues. Yaw empower me the way I hope to one day empower the youth. so with a smile i read and learn and continue to get a better understanding on all the issues, not just the ones that i am passionate about. May your words and your discussions serve as a mind stimulator to others as they have to me. it is something to be said about people debating and problem solving based on knowledge and not ignorance. yaw have provided A web wanderer A home a place that I truly feel will be impactful in change.

It's really sad what Obama is letting the Republicans get away with. I heard it's unconventional to tie debt negotiations to raising the debt ceiling! Over a 3 trillion dollar deal without tax increases on the rich or anyone! Just a promise by Obama to work on it! That's all we've gotten from the guy except a piece of crap health care to be inserted later! Obama's a joke! He's such a pansy, sellout, chameleon! He and every real economist know the way out is raising taxes on the rich, plus stop allowing the exploitation of healthcare, energy, food, education, basic needs in general! There's no need to take benefits from the poor if you stop the exploitation on taxes provided for them!
We must not forget that Obama's not hurting the rich. Maybe there's a method to his madness. Clinton got plenty of million dollar deals, once out of office, from big business and the banks after destroying the safety net. Sounds like Obama is scamming us for the same benefits! He can say he ain't but that's what it looks like to me. Sell us out and then tell us how good a deal it is for us. Rob us and tell us he's doing us a favor by not letting us get robbed even more. Obama's a Flim-Flam man!

It only held out the ideal. It didn't provide laws and systems to ensure it for all! Looked good when there was plenty of land to cultivate, and open spaces full of wild game, and fruit to eat. What happens when the rich buy up all the land and have all the means of production and they can buy congressmen to keep power concentrated with the rich who run a banking system to protect their riches and make them richer?! Are they involved in little more than a sophisticated slave system?! Where are the laws that obligated them to share, fairly, the production of America, and provide for the general welfare at a decent living standard for all?! It's left up to petty arguments that always find the poor, and blacks most devastated, on the short end of the stick!
Therefore, empty promises! Lofty ideals with nothing to back them up! Same stuff they are selling now, while they make off with the gold and everything else they can get their greedy palms on! That's why they're doing nothing serious about the debt! It's snowballing toward hyperinflation! They are hijacking America and Democrats watch, feigning helpless while Republicans do it! If they were not part and parcel of the same robbery, they'd be the ones putting up a ballot to be voted on directly by the people, knowing this is total corruption going on! You summed it up very well. It's strong arm tactics! When retaliation comes, it's the innocent public that bears the blow! Americans are just fodder for the fires they set to greater enrich themselves!

We can't overlook Obama not making the case that spending cuts on the poor and cutting government jobs is not the way out! Obama didn't make the case on raising taxes strong enough! He didn't debunk the idea that raising taxes on the rich means less jobs! You raise taxes on the rich high enough and take those tax revenues to give job incentives to those willing to create jobs! If it turns out to be businesses already established, even big business, that creates jobs with those incentives, all the better! But you don't let it slide that raising taxes mean less jobs! I just can't take Obama being out to lunch like that!
The only thing I agree with the Tea Party on is less Military-Industrial Complex, getting out of the wars, and returning banking to the government! Why is a private business allowed to borrow money at such low rates or zero interest rates and make all that money and pay such low tax rates on the profits?! That's a lot of money that could be used to make it easier to create jobs, loan businesses, and pay for social programs if the government were receiving those profits!
Other than that, I believe the Tea Party is the worse branch of the Republican Party! There's nothing good about interpreting the Constitution the way they do! They want to destroy all the advancement we've made in establishing the social programs! Send us back to the stone age! They are the Hitlerization of America!
I suggested voting in a Tea Party President because I don't believe America will allow them to break us down but so far before they awake and set the cities on fire in protest! Then, I believe we'll be ready to adopt The Right to Work and Earn a Living Wage Constitutional Amendment and legislation that gives equality to all races! The Tea Party is triple arrrrrrrrr! Trifecta of pirate evil and a monstrosity that will accelerate the genocide of all races and blacks many times worse! They are like a pervert in a raincoat, offering candy to a little kid. The little kid is going to be found in the river with it's throat cut! That's what the Tea Party is offering to do to America in disguise of a free candy offer!
The Right to Work and Earn a Living Wage Constitutional Amendment if it includes a FULL EMPLOYMENT OBLIGATION, as I've described, will go far to end genocide and a better life for everyone. OUR EVOLUTION IS LONG OVERDUE! Yet, I don't have a way to achieve it other than letting nature take it's course. I've finally come to that conclusion. Democrats are too weak to stop it. I'm not voting for people that are only prolonging the agony and accommodating the genocide. I'm not going to vote for either the Democrats or the Republicans until blacks are given justice! The quicker the country goes all to hell and wakes up from the dark side, the quicker we can go forward! I don't think the country is ready for it yet.
I don't think you can deprogram them! They seem to think spending cuts on the poor and cutting government jobs is part of the problem! They hear TOO BIG TO FAIL and see people in huge numbers lose their jobs from corporate takeovers and are soo blind as to let the Tea Party snow them! Obama is such a poor excuse for a leader that he doesn't make the case and combat their advertisements with the right facts! He can call a news conference at anytime and advertise free. Let economist with the right facts make the case! Instead, Obama allows America to be bombarded with the wrong facts! America is so greedy they think the little tax money they save is worth the services they give up and oblivious to the counter productive impact it has on the economy when you cut taxes on the backs of the poor and government jobs! It's totally counter productive and Obama goes with the flow! I'm amazed at how dumb Obama is! He's an educated fool!
I agree that we should get out of the wars to cut spending there! The rich are getting richer from bomb making, war equipment, and services! The Military-Industrial Complex and Wall Street are robbing us blind! They are the major reason we're so deep in debt! Still, not huge taxes on those profits that are robbing us. Obama is giving it up without much of a fight at all! PREPARE FOR THE WORSE! IT'S ALWAYS DARKEST BEFORE THE DAWN.

This is soo penetrating to the core of the problem in America. We are seen as instruments of use when there is war. Otherwise, we are victims of neglect and abuse! Sending us to wars in such disproportionate numbers tells you genocide is the aim! When there is no war, they genocide by economic limitations! Push us into poverty, destroy our credit and ability to rent or buy housing! Push us into prison and destroy our ability to be hired or vote! WE ARE SET ASIDE IN A CAGE OF GENOCIDE!

Too bad Rev. Jesse Jackson isn't President at this time or when he ran. Just think how much better a country it would be for everyone by now. Chances are, we'd have A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT THAT LINKS TAX RATES ON THE RICH WITH THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE TO GIVE US FULL EMPLOYMENT WITH A LIVING WAGE AT A MINIMUM! Rev. Jesse Jackson never got to be President because of racism! Obama is not allowed control of the economy because of racism! Let us not also acknowledge that Republicans want more repression of wages and the races for the betterment of the rich upper class. They'll slave their own white brothers and sisters to stay in power.
Rev. Jesse Jackson tried to bring the races together to stand against the agenda of the white upper class. It won't end until poor and middle class whites decide to change the game! If not out of humanitarian reasons, but because they finally realize the stability of their jobs and upward mobility of their jobs is more secure by TYING TAX RATES ON THE RICH WITH THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE TO GIVE US FULL EMPLOYMENT WITH A LIVING WAGE AT A MINIMUM! THIS IS THE RIGHT ROAD OUT OF OZ AND BACK TO THE FUTURE FOR AMERICA.
Republicans have turned a deeply racist America into Bizzaro America! We were a much greater nation even despite our deep racism. GW Bush was the start of Bizzaro America and it's only gotten worse! When you add incomprehensible greed to the degree they're employing such destructive measures, it arrives at a degree of stupidity that may assure Obama another term in office.
It will be without my vote for Obama but I do recognize the possibility of Obama having enough poor and middle class whites becoming more polarized from upper class whites. The economy is biting hard now. If it bites white America a little harder, maybe it'll be hard enough to give Obama another term.
It may work but still not much greater benefits for blacks. That's why I'm not giving Obama my vote. However, I'm beginning to see Obama's chess game a little better. Unfortunately, he's still alienating blacks because his concessions are falling much harder on black jobs! Blacks shouldn't be the pawns he decides to sacrifice in order to corner the Republicans! Bad chess game Obama, bad! Now go fetch a significant increase in black jobs if you want my vote!
Obama could have played the game differently by taking advantage of the super majority from jump street! This chess game of idiots would have never needed to be played! Obama backed himself into a corner and he's sacrificing blacks most of all and the poor to get him out! It's dumber than dumb for a Democrat to budget on the backs of the poor! He's placing his bets on enough middle class and independents voting for him again. That is too wrong to deserve my vote for another Obama term! I feel he is chiefly a politician that has no problem playing with the people's lives because he's just soo detached that to him it's all fun and games! It's not life and death to him! If the people really meant much to Obama, he would have gotten rid of Bush Tax Cuts from jump and certainly not allow them to slide 12/2010! Obama hasn't earned a second term! Someone making such dumb decisions should be impeached!
Obama has us in Bizzaro World because he knew from jump how stupid, racist, greedy, and destructive Republicans were his whole political career and while campaigning for President. He has no excuse for his dumb decisions! I do hope he gets us out but it would be below dignity for me to vote for him again. He'd have to significantly improve job conditions for blacks before I even consider it. Otherwise, it doesn't matter whose President because blacks will still get screwed! I'm considering not even voting for democrats in congress. Just give it to the Republicans to totally mess it up enough to make enough whites scream for Constitutional Amendments! Then we should get a President that won't blow a super majority again!
I WILL THEN SUGGEST THE RIGHT WAY OUT OF OZ! THAT'S TYING THE RICH TAX RATES TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE TO GIVE US FULL EMPLOYMENT WITH A LIVING WAGE AT A MINIMUM! I dare to dream considering we've been this long without such a system already in place. It speaks volumes about the I.Q. of the average American to have let the rich get away with it this long! If we were a smarter America, we would have long ago hit the streets in every town and demanded changes that put the burden of enough jobs on those who benefit the most from the American economy! They've been feeding us defective and misleading theories about economics to keep more money than they should. The productive proceeds of America needs to be shared fairly! It's time for real change that can not be reverse by the rich buying congressmen!
