The contribution of those imprisoned in this nation to the rise of homosexuality in this nation is phenominal. It's no secret that your chances of being had, punked or freaked in prison is increased if your convicted of sex crimes toward women and children. It baffles my to know that our prisons first of all have "WEIGHT" rooms. This offers an unfair advantage for those men inclined to unk another man who does not lift weights. In fact it's also a PRIVELAGE that some free men can't afford. Some tax payers may even consider it outrageous that criminals are AWARDED for terrorizing our communities.

It would serve us well if when imprisoned men be injected or have industrial strength "soft peter" added to their diets. Any thing to MUDER their nature. When Rep Barabara Lee introduced the Justice Act I thought this was just another cop out attempt to legalize gay relations in prisons. I can image the excitement of the brothers with the 24" biceps when he received his monthly issue of condoms.
