You need help. You must be hurting badly and often. Unfortunately, there are millions of people like you. However, most in the public are unaware of the seriousness of the problem until reports like the 1950s Doll Studies, 2011 CNN Study, etc., are published.

If the results of the last presidential election proved therapeutic for you, in terms of self-esteem, then that's a good thing. The limitation of that is; it did not help you to develop "group esteem" beyond the vicarious reinforcement of worshipping one person. You will need to learn to respect your phenotypic group as a whole, before you learn to respect yourself. If you do not respect your group, any respect you have for yourself as a member of that group, can not be healthy. It can only sick, narcissistic. That comes out clearly in your rant.
