Hot Stuff: Sharpton vs. West

[Smiley and West]

		West goes behind the scenes of his heated debate with Rev. Al Sharpton on MSNBC this week. West: Al Sharpton doesn’t have the kind of influence Tim Geithner has, who comes right out of the Wall St. oligarchic world. Brother Al & I go back 30 years so he knows it’s not a personal thing. He’s in a tough space and I’m deeply concerned about him.

My friend there is no fight between Dr. West and President Obama.  Dr. West is a Professor and Obama is the President of the US elected by the majority of Americans!

To call him "black" seems a misnomer to me as well.  He has an african father and know his roots unlike the "blacks" here in America who were born and bred from generations of slavery not knowing where in Africa they come from.  Africans sold us into slavery.  Even today in business dealings with Africans, the trust and allegiance between america's blacks and africans toward each other is questionable, to say the least.

Seeing the President and First Lady only having interactions with blacks as entertainers in the White House or visiting schools is just that.  Where are the interactions and legislation with blacks on our issues?

Going into his 3rd year in office there are still those who act like only the Republicans can speak so called badly of the President and the rest, not to do so because he is black.  Don't say nothing publicly because he is "black".  You'll be a racist or traitor to your race of people.  Just sit idly by and hope for the best.  Where will that get you?  How many times have you hoped for something or someone to live and they died?

 

In order to move past this "Hear no evil See no Evil Speak no Evil" mantra of this president because he looks black, we really need to look at our own lives and see how his policies or lack thereof has given us liberty and justice for all.  All presidents are accountable to their electorate and beyond no matter what color they are especially with this first man of color in office.  Had he had been and/or the future U.S. presidents who are white, chinese or hispanic, for example, leave a lot to be desired, would the people still want to keep quiet?  Global scrutiny comes with the job.

 

To call him "black" seems a misnomer to me as well.  He has an african father and know his roots unlike the "blacks" here in America who were born and bred from generations of slavery not knowing where in Africa they come from.  Africans sold us into slavery.  Even today in business dealings with Africans, the trust and allegiance between america's blacks and africans toward each other is questionable, to say the least.

Seeing the President and First Lady only having interactions with blacks as entertainers in the White House or visiting schools is just that.  Where are the interactions and legislation with blacks on our issues?

Yes,I have been hearing of various radio hosts going to visit the whitehouse,so once again Obama will have those minions trying to convince Blacks to vote for him as well as vote Democrat because he thinks "YOU" are so stupid to listen to his operatives,speak to you because as Obamabots say, he CAN'T risk speaking to Blacks OPENLY because it will make others think a HALF WHITE man is being favorble to Blacks,oh the irony! Oh did I forget to mention that a total of 3,000,000 dollars was paid out to these cons to carry out this proganada campaign.....If a president can talk to all races of people and have them walk through the front door and yet that same president can't talk to Blacks except in the DARK through the back door,well THAT president does NOT represent me and I owe him nothing and will not be swayed by his tricks or those that rep his tricks!

 

You have Obamabots that come here calling anyone a troll that criticize Obama.Many Blacks have always been against war and American intervening in the affairs of others but since Obama has been in office,Blacks are turning the other way.If Bush had started something with Libya,the same Obamabots that criticize Blacks for speaking out on Obama would have been dogging Bush.

 

Obama is a half White man who has the same agenda as his other  white brethren presidents and I'm glad that I am one of the Black people that can  see it and is not fooled by that half White man just because he comes in Black face.
