Here is the New Occupation of Wall Street's 99% Declaration Amendment to the Constitution: It's clear and concise and spells out in major detail of what needs to be done to help ALL AMERICANS BRING BACK CIVILITY, STABILITY AND OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AS AMERICAN CITIZENS-LIFE-LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.

We must stop this assault on our liberties and most of all-stop the new NDAA law that Obama just signed while folks were sipping champagne, unaware of what was going to happen to their rights. The law is an abomination and it must end-now. Here is the ACLU petition to revoke this law. Please sign it and then copy and paste the link and send it to all you know.

Without prejudice to further clarification you might give, for now, I sense that you might need to campaign under a different umbrella; this does not belong in Occupy struggles at all. Ironically, it is directed against the very letter and spirit of Occupy movement.

Just like other actors in the labor market, NBA players have a right to insist on fair returns for their efforts. They put in a lot for their pay, while fat cats sit on the side lines preying on players' sweat. If owners are not pleased with the sharing formula and cannot pull a compromise, they have a choice. They can trade their front row seats for playing jerseys and see how many cockroaches pay to walk through the gates and watch them play! 

Go NBA players! Get your fair piece of the cake or stick to your guns!
