While West is away, Smiley & Republican Party strategist Frank Luntz learn about the latest efforts by the state of Michigan to evict residents of Camp Take Notice (CTN), a tent city located between two freeways near Ann Arbor that Smiley & West visited during The Poverty Tour last summer. They are joined by campers Katie, Jermaine, and Michael, as well as Peggy Lynch, board president of Michigan Itinerant Shelter System-Interdependent Out of Necessity (MISSION), a non-profit partnership between homeless and "homeful".
