I like Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi but unfortunately she's likely subject to fold to the Pope's pressure or not be electable like John Kerry. I'd hate to waste another vote like I did on Kerry. It's the same beast with the same potential but a different configuration in it's rein of the empires of the earth! The reach of it's rein is greater than ever before! I may end up with my head in a basket for being a heretic, according to the Pope, because I don't believe in the Pope, but I'd rather take the chance of getting a real Christian that's a Catholic than going and wasting a vote on Bill and Hillary again. Mit Romney might be better than Obama if not for super capitalist creeps who will sell their own mother for a few pennies if it'll save them a dime. Mit Romney sees a role for social programs to take up the slack where capitalism fails. I don't want to destroy capitalism or have total socialism. It's good for the country if everyone has a shot at getting rich. That possibility is dead for most in an environment of virtual monopolies.

I just believe the sooner we recognize those things socialism does better for the betterment of our society, the sooner we can open the doors of prosperity to all. It means not allowing huge amounts of money getting stuck at the top and corrupting politicians. They had it right long ago when the super rich were taxed 80% and American jobs were protect by unions. Everyone could prosper and the rich were never inhibited from living well in the process. Welfare was a drag that only needed jobs, training programs, and National Health Care at the end of those Welfare checks. That and a decent wage. The money would just trickle back up, get taxed, and start the process of wealth production all over again. Greed is killing us.

No reason to destroy the American standard of living because poor countries are developing. True, they are developing faster with the huge investments because of cheap labor. The once great countries are likely regressing at near the same rates because enough taxes are not collected to pay down their debt and invest in their countries. Multi-national corporations are sucking the life out of the developed countries. A world is developing composed of the super rich and the super poor. The middle class is becoming nonexistent. I predict a total collapse if it continues. Mass hysteria breaks out and wars increase. It's likely America will have another civil war. I'm not convinced capitalist know when to push the off switch or know where it is. They rely on socialism when crap hits the fan. We could be up the creek without a paddle next time it happens!
