And still I see no changes! When will we have liberty and justice for all along with the right to pursue happiness for the poor and the middle-class?

The Republicans showed their true colors in this lame duck session of Congress as they held the entire nation hostage by declaring they would not allow any votes if the top 2% of wage earners didn't get their Bush Tax Cuts extended.  President Obama did a very courageous thing in departing from the Democratic Party's position to find a compromise that extended those Bush Tax Cuts for everyone and got a 13 week extension for emergency unemployment assistance for folks like my Mom who lost their jobs due to no fault of their own during this terrible economic recession.  Then Republicans continue with the insane audacity to say that the entire health care law needs to be repealed and that it is illegal for people to be required to buy health insurance if they can afford it.  I mean come on, people with pre-existing conditions and the poor and those unable to work who need assistance should have the right to quality health care without having to run up a high bill and lose everything they have to pay for it and then of course there's the wealthy who just run without health insurance because it is in their elaborate so called intelligent view a risk they wish to take.  It's time health care insurance stop being a risk for our entire nation.  It's time for people to rise up and contend with this demon that is greed and coveting of money.  Republicans seem to love their money and it is the love of money that is driving them these days.  Speak out, contact your members of the House of Representatives through http://www.house.gov/ and the Senate at http://www.senate.gov/ and talk straight to the Supreme Court at http://www.supremecourt.gov/contactus.aspx, if you're well enough ask for appointments to meet with your members of Congress, file petitions with the Federal District Courts in support of health care reform.  It is time for all of us to step up and support President Obama because the Republicans sure aren't going to display the professionalism to do it.  President Obama needs to focus on the economy, peace in the middle-east and Korea, finalizing the peace treaty with Russia, developing diplomatic stability and a permanent peace treaty with China.  Now is our time, we missed our calling in the 2010 mid-term elections, please for the love of God and all things good step up to the plate and be that voice of reason and sound judgment against this right-wing leaning Republican Party which wants to be so bitterly partisan in Congress!

For those millions of Americans and counting who were working and no longer have an income (some through no fault of their own) it's like living on a sinking ship with no one to help them with a hand up in the cost of living.  Some are living in contaminated conditions...the Gulf Coast oil spill, for example. These millions of Americans are being overlooked in the framing of the enjoyment of life; and liberty, with the means of acquiring and possessing property; and pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.

Sir, NO One can Take Your Happiness away from You, You Must Give It To Them :~)! I Think, If More People Would Consider Finding Their Creator, Voting, Standing-Up for Their Right's, Marching, Calling their Reps, including the White House, and putting More of Their Time and Thought's, into Helping Our Leader's, Find New Way's, to Solve Our Problem's, We Could be Better off. That's What I Think :~)!

Those who voted for Republicans must have expected this no?  They play the same friggin hand every election.  And stupid Republican voters fall for the same ole trick (not that Democrats are any different).  Did they actually think the political party that agreed to fund billions of dollars in the Iraqi Freedom bottomless money pit was going to have compassion for the unemployed?  lol, funny...thing is they did, actually.  Insanity is expecting difference results but doing the same thing over and over and over again.  Un...believable.
one of the main issue in all this is the high cost of meds. ive had to pay for my mother's meds after her anuerism and i damn near fainted
