I love my city born raised and had kids in this city, however i am so against this new ploy by my cities mayor, in my opinion it is just another cop out . when you can not find a real answer to a problem you suggest anything in order to look as if you are doing something. These young adults need to be held accountable for there destructive nature. I am all for looking at the parents as to reasons why, but to make them the scapegoats for some of these kids who you cannot tell nothing these days is a stretch. They are not foolish if they know some one else would get the blame for there ill doings what prevents them from doing what they do. Oh because it is there parents getting the punishment i laugh at that these kids do not have enough in them to understand the effect there actions have on their selves, so why should we believe they will care if their parents take the fall. a valaint attempt but so not thew answer.
