3 - VALID AND VERY IMPORTANT QUESTIONS: …
*Ref.: (The Displaced Worker, and their supportive benefits package, to live a: “wholesome and quality lifestyle with dignity”, while waiting for new open doors of opportunity for them) …
Greetings: To My Dearest Tavis & Dr. Cornel West,
"Yes", my dear, I do have a (3) very serious concerns and questions, that “no one” - (the Economist, CNN News, or any Higher officials), do not seem to want to either “speak about” in public, as to how they can help assist the:
#1) - (displaced worker) in reference, to those individuals, to whom, I would consider to be in the: (“Stuck Mode“), meaning: they lost their jobs, for “no fault of their own”, yet, some / “most” are facing: (age discrimination), and cannot find work” …
However, they are “willing” to work, and they have been considered to be the: “mature workers” in our society … “Please remember, they helped build this country, and provided the wealth, in which, some of us, are still profiting from!” …
How can we help them in their circumstance? …
#2) - My second concern is this: “What happens to the: (unemployed individuals / who are considered the: “younger aged group”, under 50), who have (exhausted all of their unemployment benefits), how can their benefits be extended further for them? …
Again, how can we help them in their circumstance? …
#3) - Last, and final question … In reference to the: (displaced / unemployed worker), they cannot apply for any (early retirement funds) because, “they have not reached the “accountable / required age”, to be “approved”, to be able to receive their benefits” …
Again, how can we help them in their circumstance? …
* Final notation: “Please be advised that, I am aware that, there are “several supportive programs out there”, but, in reality, there are not many individuals, who have the “additional funds” to attend these events”, and there are many (waiting list) situations, that are apart of these government programs, but, there are many individuals, who need and want to work, right away” …
Again, how can we help them in their circumstance? …
Closing comments: “Many Thanks” again, to both: (Tavis & Dr. West), for all of your assistance, in trying to answer these very important questions, that “no one seems to want to cover or discuss”, and for providing this platform, as well, and I do look very much forward, in hearing some of the solutions, that will be provided on your (Chat line) tomorrow …
