Congratulations to Tavis on the 2000th edition of his show on PBS (courtesy Arianna Huffington stable). As Tavis said, "there's (still) work to be done to try to raise issues and profile people who aren’t being profiled." Tavis should raise issues to do especially with inconvenient truth, such that 20 years from now, in active journalism or from the retirement sofa, he would have little to take back or wish he had done differently. Congratulations Tavis, for a job well done on the journey so…See More

    Jodi Arias: Best bet

Jodi's best bet is to challenge jurors to listen to their individual small voices and rule as such.  She claimed to have killed Alexander in self-defense, that failed woefully. She dared the jury to give her the death penalty. Now, what else would she be expected to come up with; beg for mercy? She would not even have convinced herself, as good as she is, to grant her a reprieve. Most likely, she would stick to her reverse psychology gamble, however ineffective that turned out to be.  See More
